The prices include one pitch for a small tent + 1 parking space for a car/motorcycle on the same pitch or nearby. Maximum occupancy 4 people.
The price includes use of the pool, sanitary facilities with hot water and hot showers, and free Wi-Fi connection throughout the campsite area.

The prices include one pitch equipped with 10 Amp electricity (CE connections in use), for the occupancy of:
1 motorhome;
1 caravan + 1 parking space;
1 medium/large tent + 1 car or motorcycle parking space;
everything else is considered extra according to the current price list. Maximum occupancy 6 people.
The price includes electrical connection, use of the pool, sanitary facilities with hot water and showers, and free Wi-Fi connection throughout the campsite area.
For motorhome access, maximum 7 meters in length allowed (if larger, please specify in the booking request)
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The booking is considered confirmed upon our sending of the confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the deposit (equal to 30% of the total stay amount) paid by bank transfer. The balance of the stay must be paid on the arrival date.
PITCH CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
In case of booking cancellation, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the deposit if the cancellation is notified up to 21 days before the start date of the stay.
From 20 days before the start date of the stay, no refund will be due to those who cancel or in case of no-show.
Failure to arrive by 12:00 PM on the day following the booked date, without prior notice of delay, is equivalent to cancellation. Late arrival or early departure will result in payment for the entire booked period.
PITCH REGULATIONS:
1. The pitch is made available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Departure outside these hours must be arranged in advance with reception and will result in payment for an extra day. Check-in outside office hours must always be arranged with reception before making the booking and will be subject to an extra charge (check-ins after 11:00 PM are not arranged).
2. Pitches cannot be occupied by more people than provided for, otherwise the booking will be canceled on-site.
3. The balance of the booked stay must be paid upon arrival, at the latest by 12:00 PM on the day before departure. Guests are required to observe and take note of reception opening hours.
4. The entrance gate is open from 7:00 AM and closes at 11:00 PM. After this time, cars will no longer be able to access the campsite and will be parked outside. Pedestrian gates will always be open. For emergencies during reception closing hours, ring the bell at the caretaker’s house near the office.
5. Delays in arrival or early departure from the scheduled date for any reason (damage, bad weather, illness, cancellations, etc.) not attributable to the Campsite Management are non-refundable.
6. Day visitors are allowed from 9:00 AM until 10:00 PM with prior authorization from Management. Visitors are required to deposit an identity document, pay the daily fee, and comply with campsite regulations. Visitors must park their vehicle (motorcycle or car) outside the campsite.
7. Pets are allowed on pitches. At check-in, owners must inform management of their presence and pay their stay fee. They must be supervised at all times, kept on a leash, and it is forbidden to leave them unattended. They cannot access the pool area.
8. For waste collection, we request your cooperation in disposing of organic waste, paper, plastic, glass, and general waste in the designated area located at the campsite entrance.
