GENERAL CONDITIONS

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email (to block availability) and the deposit, equal to 30% of the total stay amount, paid via bank transfer. The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event of a cancellation, the customer will be entitled to a 100% refund of the deposit if the cancellation is notified at least 30 days before check-in.

From the 29th day until the check-in date, no refund is due in case of cancellation. Late arrivals or early departures require payment for the entire period booked. Failure to arrive by 12:00 PM on the day following the booking, without prior notice of delay, will be considered a cancellation.

MOBILE HOME RULES:

  1. For all accommodation units, check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (please call in case of delay). Check-ins outside office hours must always be arranged with reception before booking and will be subject to an extra charge (no check-ins after 11:00 PM). Check-out by 9:30 AM; for departures after the scheduled time, an extra night will be charged.
  2. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €100.00 in cash will be required, which will be returned upon departure once the condition of the rooms and equipment has been verified.
  3. Payment for the stay and the tourist tax must be made by 12:00 PM on the day before departure. Guests are required to check and observe the reception opening hours.
  4. Registration of every single person is mandatory for entry and stay at the campsite. Day visitors are allowed from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM with prior authorization from the Management. Visitors are required to leave an ID document, pay the daily fee, and respect the campsite rules. Visitors must park their vehicles (motorcycle or car) outside the campsite.
  5. The entrance gate is open from 7:00 AM and closes at 11:00 PM; after this time, cars can no longer enter the campsite and must be parked outside. Pedestrian gates will remain open. For emergencies during reception closing hours, please ring the caretaker’s doorbell near the office.
  6. Small pets are allowed in the accommodation units on request (max 1 pet per unit) from April 1st to June 27th and from August 31st to September 30th, with a daily surcharge and extra cleaning fees. Owners must inform the management of their presence at check-in. It is forbidden to leave them unattended in the accommodation or to allow them on beds and sofas. Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
  7. During check-out, to facilitate inspection, the mobile home must be left tidy, dishes must be washed, and waste must be sorted and taken to the waste disposal area at the campsite entrance. For waste collection, we ask for your cooperation in disposing of organic, paper, plastic, glass, and non-recyclable waste in the designated area at the campsite entrance.
  8. The use of a swimming cap is mandatory for the pool, and a swim diaper is required for infants. Hours and rules are posted at the pool.
